Under the leadership of Arch CAG Federation members, a COVID Help Desk was formed for 24/7 services. The services were offered by staff counselors, social workers, health workers and field volunteers who joined hands with the health systems to ensure vaccination, counseling service for both positive and home quarantine patients, regular follow up and mark the health condition of the affected person including oxygen level at blood, arrange oxygen if it needed, arrange medical or ambulance service for the persons in emergency, arrange online consultation with doctor if needed, arrange basic needs such as lifesaving medicines or groceries to home, arrange sample collection for test from home etc. The help desk members kept a track on the affected persons till their test result is negative. Almost 1751 families benefitted from the services of help desk.
