As the numbers of cancer patients are increasing day by day, AWC has come up with a supporting hand- "Karunyarchana" - a project focused on the rehabilitation of cancer patients and also providing nutritious food especially during chemotherapy to poor patients. During this year we supported 356 cancer patients through the supply of nutritious food kits and essential medicines. Archana Women's Centre released a musical album for promoting Karunyarchana Project named "Athijeevanam". Senior Civil Police Officer handled the main female role and other roles were handled by cine-serial artists. The musical album was designed to make a difference in people's perceptions of cancer and avoid unwanted fear. The album was released at Archana Fest and circulated through social media.
