My dream to empower women and to help create a world of equal rights, equal opportunities and equal freedom for women is the foundation of Archana Women’s Centre. God has helped AWC with a strong team working passionately to help create a world in which women enjoy equality. First ever women contractor’s group is our first achievement. Skilled women carpenters and masons showed women’s ability to enter unconventional areas of opportunities. Improved training methods, awareness creation and counseling are the major features of our women empowerment campaigns. Social marketing and introduction of ERP are the latest addition to our journey ahead. Our focus will be diversifying into many other projects, especially for youth, creating opportunities for empowering them on gender equality which will enable them to think differently to bring positive changes in themselves in the present scenario.
